It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to custom make and deliver your new neon sign following payment. We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Alternatively, you have the option to select express delivery at checkout for an additional fee. This expedited service usually results in your neon sign arriving within 10 to 14 business days.

Hanging your LED neon artwork is just as easy as hanging a painting. 

We provide you with 3 options:

• Hang it on a wall using mounting screws
• Suspend it from the ceiling using a hanging wire kit, or
• Use 3M Command Strips to stick it on a wall

Alternatively, we can offer you a stand option if you choose to display your sign upright on a level surface. Check out examples of how to hang your sign here.

Connect the dimmer between your neon piece and the power supply. Then plug the power supply in and step back to take in that neon vibe!

Each of our signs includes a generous 10ft (3m) clear extension cable that directly connects to the sign. Additionally, the power supply has two cables, one on each side, with one serving as the power cable. Typically, each cable measures 4-5ft (1.2-1.5m), providing a combined cable length of approximately 18-20ft (5.4-6m).

Since we ship worldwide, we’ll match the plug type to where your sign is headed. The power supply that's included with your neon piece is universal (100-240V) and is compatible with all power outlets worldwide.

Great question! We split large signs over 43 inches (110cm) into two or more pieces for a couple of reasons. Your neon piece is better protected when transported in smaller packaging, ensuring you receive your sign damage free. It’s also more cost effective to ship smaller packages, which in turn allows us to offer our customers free shipping on all our products.

Don’t worry, once the sign is mounted, the separation will be hardly noticeable! However, if you don't wish for your sign to be split into multiple pieces, let us know during your inquiry and we'll contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Visualizing how your custom neon will look in real life can be challenging. You might be wondering if your design, colors, or selected options are the right choice. Not to worry! Our experienced designers will review your design, suggest any necessary changes, and provide you with a free mockup before finalizing the design. This ensures that you'll receive the exact neon masterpiece you had in mind!

You certainly can! Just select the “Outdoor” option when designing your neon. We will make minor changes to your sign to ensure it’s water resistant and safe for outdoor use. We will also provide a specially made outdoor power supply.

Please keep in mind that your sign must be protected from extreme weather at all times, and that outdoor signs are not supplied with a remote and dimmer, as water resistant dimmers are not available on the market.

We offer a 2 year warranty with all our indoor LED neon signs, and a 1 year warranty for all outdoor signs. 

However, any damage caused by incorrect installation or physical mishandling or damage incurred during usage is not covered.
