We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over US$60. Additional fees may apply to certain islands or territories that are hard to reach or have limited accessibility.

Our neon pieces are custom made following an order. It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to custom make and deliver your neon sign following payment, using standard shipping services. Alternatively, we offer the option of express delivery at checkout for an additional fee of US$99. This expedited service usually results in the neon sign arriving within 10 to 14 business days.

We send a Shipment Confirmation email once the order has been shipped. The email contains a tracking number which is usually activated within 24 hours of receiving the email.

The shipping process is managed by our trusted logistics partners, which include DHL Express, FedEx, and UPS, enabling reliable and flexible shipping services to customers worldwide. This means Neon City ensures that all deliveries are protected against theft and accidental damage, providing comprehensive insurance coverage. Your peace of mind is important to us!

• Delivery times may vary during sale or peak periods due to high order volumes.
• Delays on the customer confirming any custom design mockups may delay delivery times. 
• Kindly understand that deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes. 
• In the event of partial shipments, the shipping cost is charged only once.
• Depending on the form and size, there may be shipping costs associated with certain neon installations.
• Any customs and import taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of our customers.
• Orders returned to our warehouse due to unpaid customs and import taxes, or failed delivery, will be re-sent to the customer at their expense.
• Delays resulting from customs procedures are beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for them.
