What Happens After I Place My Order?
Once your order has been placed and paid for, our team will review the details of your neon sign such as measurements, colors, overall design and selected preferences. In some cases, you will receive a mockup of your design if you have requested a quote for a particular design or logo.
The production process begins only after the design details have been locked in, where your neon artwork is carefully handcrafted by one of our artisans. It then goes through several stages of quality inspection and testing to make sure it’s crafted to perfection. Your LED neon sign is then professionally packaged and shipped to you using one of our trusted logistics partners.
We will keep you updated on your order every step of the way, allowing you to track its status both on our website and via email. This way, you can monitor its journey from production right through to delivery.
