An Item is Missing from My Package - What Do I Do?

    Looks like we're one piece short of a perfect package! 

    Send us an email at hello@neoncityinc.com, providing your order number and a photo of all the items received. Our team will make it a priority to send you the missing item in a flash!

    Please be aware that any issues with your order must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. If we do not receive a notification within this time frame, the delivery of goods will be conclusively presumed to comply with the terms and conditions and deemed free from any issues, such as quantity shortages, defects, or damages.
