My Sign Was Damaged During Transit, Something's Not Right or I'm Not Happy with My Sign - What Do I Do?

Send us an email at hello@neoncityinc.com, providing your name, address, order number, along with a brief description of the fault or issue you’re having. Please ensure you include a photo capturing the entire neon sign, along with detailed photos and a video showing any damage to both the sign and its packaging.
As soon as we receive your email, we'll make every effort to find the optimal solution for you!
Please be aware that any issues with your order must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. If notification is not received within this time frame, the delivery of goods will be conclusively presumed to comply with the terms and conditions and deemed free from any issues, such as quantity shortages, defects, or damages.
