How Do You Package Neon Signs for Shipping?
All of our LED neon signs are professionally packaged and use edge protectors to ensure your sign remains safe and secure during transit.
For added safety, we split large signs over 43 inches (110 cm) into two or more pieces. Your neon is better protected when transported in smaller packaging, ensuring you receive your sign damage free. It’s also more cost effective to ship smaller packages, which in turn allows us to offer our customers free shipping on all our products.
Don’t worry, once the sign is mounted, the separation will be hardly noticeable! However, if you don't wish for your sign to be split into multiple pieces, let us know during your inquiry and we'll contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
