Outdoor Signs
Your sign is made water resistant and comes with an outdoor power supply and 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, outdoor signs cannot be supplied with a remote and dimmer as outdoor dimmers do not exist on the market.

All our LED neon signs are handmade in our factory, making each piece unique. Such craftsmanship, along with the manufacturing processes we employ, means that each piece is bespoke and may vary slightly from the next and from what's displayed in the product images. Real life colors may also vary from the display images.Ā
Our diverse collection of signs caters for both individual and commercial spaces. They operate on a 12V safe voltage, making them safe for children and pets.Ā
For signs exceeding 43 inches (110 cm), please be aware that the sign will be split into two or more pieces to ensure safe transportation. Rest assured the partition lines are barely visible once the sign is mounted to a wall.

Our signs are made from the highest quality materials consisting of neon flex made from silicon tubing (PVC in certain cases) with industry leading LED lighting technology. The neon flex is secured to a recycled acrylic board.Ā

Hang it
It's so simple! Hang it on a wall using our screw kit, or suspend it from the ceiling using the hanging wire kit. Whatever you choose, we'll supply it for free with every neon sign.

Stick it
If you don't want to mark your walls, and your sign is small or light enough, then add 3M Command Strips (for a small fee) to your order. This makes for easy installation without the need for tools.

Plug it
Connect the dimmer between your neon piece and the power supply. Then plug the power supply in and step back to take in that neon vibe!

HOW DO I HANG MY NEON SIGN?
Hanging your LED neon artwork is just as easy as hanging a painting.Ā
We provide you with 3 options:
- Hang it on a wall using mounting screws
- Suspend it from the ceiling using a hanging wire kit, or
- Use 3M Command Strips to stick it on a wall
Alternatively, we can offer you a stand option if you choose to display your sign upright on a level surface. Check out examples of how to hang your sign here.
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
Each of our neon pieces is meticulously crafted by hand, which takes us some time to achieve the highest standard of quality!
It typically takes 2 to 4 weeks to custom make and deliver your new neon sign following payment. We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Alternatively, you have the option to select express delivery at checkout for an additional fee. This expedited service usually results in your neon sign arriving within 10 to 14 business days.

HOW IS A NEON SIGN PRICED?
The price depends on several factors including the dimensions of your sign, the length of the LED neon tube used to create your artwork, and the design options you choose.
HOW TO CONNECT AND PLUG IT IN?
Connect the dimmer between your neon piece and the power supply. Then plug the power supply in and step back to take in that neon vibe!
HOW LONG IS THE SIGN CORD?
Each of our signs includes a generous 10ft (3m) clear extension cable that directly connects to the sign. Additionally, the power supply has two cables, one on each side, with one serving as the power cable. Typically, each cable measures 4-5ft (1.2-1.5m), providing a combined cable length of approximately 18-20ft (5.4-6m).
HOW WILL YOU KNOW WHAT PLUG TYPE TO SEND WITH MY NEON?
Since we ship worldwide, weāll match the plug type to where your sign is headed. The power supply that's included with your neon piece is universal (100-240V) and is compatible with all power outlets worldwide.
WHY IS A SIGN SPLIT INTO MULTIPLE PIECES WHEN IT'S OVER 43 INCHES (110CM)?
Great question! We split large signs over 43 inches (110cm) into two or more pieces for a couple of reasons. Your neon piece is better protected when transported in smaller packaging, ensuring you receive your sign damage free. Itās also more cost effective to ship smaller packages, which in turn allows us to offer our customers free shipping on all our products.
Donāt worry, once the sign is mounted, the separation will be hardly noticeable! However, if you don't wish for your sign to be split into multiple pieces, let us know during your inquiry and we'll contact you to discuss alternative shipping arrangements.
CAN I INSTALL MY NEON OUTDOORS?
You certainly can! Just select the āOutdoorā option when designing your neon. We will make minor changes to your sign to ensure itās water-resistant and safe for outdoor use. We will also provide a specially made outdoor power supply.
Please keep in mind that your sign must be protected from extreme weather at all times, and that outdoor signs are not supplied with a remote and dimmer, as water resistant dimmers are not available on the market.
WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
We offer a 2 year warranty with all our indoor LED neon signs, and a 1 year warranty for all outdoor signs.Ā
However, any damage caused by incorrect installation or physical mishandling or damage incurred during usage is not covered.
