Can I Install My Sign Outdoors?
You certainly can! We will make minor changes to your sign to ensure it’s water-resistant and safe for outdoor use. We will also provide a specially made outdoor power supply.
Please keep in mind that your sign must be protected from extreme weather at all times, and that outdoor signs are not supplied with a remote and dimmer, as water resistant dimmers are not available on the market.
Our signs have an operating temperature range of -40 to 55 degrees Celsius (-40 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit). To avoid exceeding this temperature range, outdoor signs must not be installed on surfaces that retain extreme heat, such as metal structures. For additional protection, we recommend installing your sign beneath exterior shading structures, such as eaves and overhangs, which offer extra safeguarding against direct sunlight and bad weather.
