How Are Neon City Signs Made?

Each of our neon pieces is meticulously crafted by hand, demanding considerable time to achieve the highest quality standards.

The life of a neon sign begins with an acrylic board, which is either transparent, colored, or has a printed design. This board is precisely cut to the desired configuration - full board, cut-to-shape, minimal, or boxed - to suit the customer’s design or preference. Depending on the chosen installation method, we either drill mounting holes into the backing board or create a suitable stand using transparent acrylic material.

The neon tube's color and type (single or RGB color) are selected based on the customer’s preferences. Our skilled neon artisans then showcase their craftsmanship by carefully cutting, shaping, wiring and attaching the neon tubing to the backing, creating your neon masterpiece.

Following this artistic process, the sign is brought to life by connecting it with the appropriate electrical components such as cabling, power supply and dimmer.

It then goes through several stages of quality inspection and testing to ensure it’s crafted to perfection, before being professionally packaged and shipped to you.
