What Are the Small Marks on My Sign?
All Neon City signs are crafted by hand, making each neon piece one of a kind. Due to the inherent nature of the handmade production process, there may be glue marks and minor scratches visible on the backing board of your neon sign. These markings are not a fault of the product and will not affect its use.
We recommend using a damp cloth to remove any superficial marks found on your sign.
